Do I need to make a reservation for the Kids VIP Experience? (If so, how many days in advance?)
There are limited amount of VIP tours offered each day. To ensure availability we suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Is there an age requirement/minimum for the Kids VIP Experience?
There is no age requirement for this VIP experience.
What should I wear for the Kids VIP Experience?
Comfortable clothing that you can move around easily in! The ground in animal habitats is mostly sand so closed toed shoes are best.
Where should I arrive for my Kids VIP Experience? Where do I meet my trainer?
When arriving to Jungle Island report to the ticket booth at the front of the park. You will then be directed to Kids VIP Experience area to meet your keeper. Please arrive at the Kids VIP Experience 10 minutes prior to your encounter time.
Will there be a photographer in the Kids VIP Experience?
Yes, a professional photographer will be present.
Can I take my own pictures during the encounter?
Yes, you may take your own pictures. However, we suggest putting down your phone and enjoying your time with the animals. Don’t worry, the photographer will capture all the magical moments!
What are Jungle Island’s inclement weather protocols?
Rain is inevitable here in Miami! During light periods of rain encounters are able to continue. Should lightning strike within 10 miles of Jungle Island all encounters must stop. The option to rebook your encounter is available in certain circumstances.
What is your cancellation policy?
For a full refund, cancellations must be done a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Same day purchased encounters are non-refundable
What animals are in the Kids VIP Experience?
Rabbits, goats, pigs, and wallaby.
Do you accept walk-ins? Or reservations only?
There are a limited number of encounters available per day. Walk ups are accepted but in order to ensure an available time it is best to book in advance.
Do I get to touch all of the animals?
Yes, you will have the chance to pet and interact with all of the animals in the Fun Farm
